Managed Plax, a B2B platform for administering nationwide benefit programs, working with government partners including the Bank of Industry Growth Platform.
Designed and launched Plax web and the Plax Agent Mobile App. Managed onboarding workflows for 500,000+ beneficiaries and supported the Federal Government Survival Fund serving 1.5M+ beneficiaries.
